Colour Healing  Meditation - This powerful healing experience takes place once a month. This is 1hour long and comprises 10mins introduction and colour choice, 20 mins guided colour healing visualisation, 20mins silent meditation and 10 mins feedback. The next one is scheduled for Wednesday 29th September at 7.30pm in Musselburgh.  Please contact to reserve a place.

A little bit about me .. ..    

My name is Alison Lowther and I have been studying holistic therapies for around 7 years now. I have had an interest in alternative medicine most of my life, and more recently in energy healing,  and I enjoy reading and researching various therapies and outcomes.  I have a lifelong interest in the crystals and love working with them, using them regularly alongside the therapies I practice.  I believe strongly in the power of energy healing, and have an active interest in Quantum Physics and Metaphysics.                                                 

As a qualified social worker I have had extensive experience working with addiction and with mental ill health for over 19 years. Consequently I have special interest in the efficacy of holistic therapies in treating addiction and mental ill health.  I have seen positive results in treating these issues with energy healing.  Reiki promotes a positive outlook and is particularly effective in enabling the release of negative habitual patterns.  It is a wonderful method of healing for physical health issues and excellent for relieving pain, alleviating stress and boosting the immune system.

I have been working with Reiki energy for 3 years, and the power of this energy never fails to amaze me and is always with me.  I have seen some amazing results and every healing is so different.  I am continually working on my psychic and spiritual awareness and am constantly amazed at the wonderful experiences I have. 

More recently I had the great privelage of attending an Intensive Healing Seminar with Martin Brofman where I learned more about the Body Mirror System of Healing which Martin developed having used the techniques involved himself, to successfully overcome terminal cancer.

On the last Wednsday of each month I facilitate a Colour Healing Meditation. This incorporates Colour Therapy with meditation and visualisation.
