Crystals

Crystals heal holistically, realigning subtle energies and dissolving dis-ease, getting to the root causes. Crystals work through vibration, rebalancing the chakras thus ameliorating many states of physical and psychological dis-ease. Crystals heal by interacting with the human energy field, calming, stimulating or adjusting energies to restore balance.
Crystals have been used for millennia to heal and to bring balance. Ancient healers were aware of the varying properties of different crystals, some being energising and capable of stimulating a sluggish organ and some have a calming effect to sedate an overactive organ. Some crystals heal quickly while others work more slowly. Crystals can also aid pain which can often result from an excess of energy or a blockage. Lapis Lazuli, for example, will draw off a migraine headache however much depends on the origin of the headache. Stress related headaches can be relieved with Amethyst, Turquoise or Amber by placing the crystal on the brow. Headaches which are food related respond best to a crystal which will calm the stomach such as Citrine or Moonstone. Crystals have been connected with specific areas of the body and its organs for thousands of years. They come in varying colours and the colour of crystal required for a specific condition is dependant on the colour of the chakra which governs the affected area of the body. Some of the more commonly used crystals for each chakra are detailed below:
